At Southern Belles Mahjong, we want you to love your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Store Credit Only We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. All approved returns are issued as store credit only.
Return Eligibility To be eligible for store credit, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Final Sale Items The following items are not eligible for return or store credit:
- Sale and clearance items (marked "CLEARANCE" or "MUST GO")
- Items marked as final sale at time of purchase
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
